About Kitimat, BC

Kitimat is a district municipality in the North Coast region of British Columbia, Canada.  Companies from around the world are planning investment in LNG (liquefied natural gas), shipping and transportation industries. The Project

ROI announced the acquisition of land in the towns of Kitimat and Terrace. It has acquired approximately 250,000 square feet of prime residential land development to build over 300 apartment units. The estimated market value of these acquisitions is of CDN $10,000,000. Land development and all necessary permits have been approved for the development of these lands and construction is expected to commence shortly.

Project Description

The Kitimat region is booming because of the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) projects underway. Companies are investing hundreds of millions of dollars in  advanced work in order to be prepared for the LNG projects. Currently, this region lacks the infrastructure and single family dwellings needed to  house their workers. Investments are being made into this region to help stregthen the local community and to create economic advantages that will leave a lasting legacy for future generations of British Columbians. ROI Land Investments Ltd with his partner Coast to Coast holding, Ltd. are one of these investment partners.
